Prateik deals extensively in Litigation and Arbitration. He regularly appears before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts of India, especially Bombay High Court and Orissa High Court, District Courts, Family Courts, Consumer Commissions and Forums,  Securities and Exchange Board of India and Securities Appellate Tribunal, Debts Recovery Tribunals, National Company Law Tribunals (NCLT), Motor Vehicle Tribunals, Industrial Courts as well as other judicial and quasi-judicial authorities. Prateik has represented various clients in high-value arbitrations across India.

After completing his Law Degree (BA LL.B. Honours) from Gujarat National Law University (GNLU), Prateik gained immense experience under a renowned Solicitor in Mumbai and also briefly worked with a reputed law firm at Mumbai. Prateik is enrolled with the Odisha State Bar Council since 2011 and is a life member of the Orissa High Court Bar Association.

Prateik also advises on both contentious and non-contentious issues relating to general Corporate Law, Intellectual Property, trade practices, employment, E-commerce and privacy laws. He regularly advices High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs), Companies, Banks and Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs)on contracts, compliance and transaction structuring. He has helped several Startups navigate through their complex issues of company formation, structuring and compliance. Prateik also advises pro bono in matrimonial and family disputes. Being a third-generation lawyer from his family, Prateik follows a pragmatic approach towards law and constantly endeavours to provide out-of-the-box solutions for his clients’ most complex problems.

When not practising law, Prateik closely follows the automotive and aviation sector. He is an ardent petrol-head as well as motorcyclist,and has completed various cross-country drives in India as well as outside.
